This is officially Canberra Free Graffiti Zone 17. Walking down each pylon you're going to be almost every tunnel completely covered in small murals.
John Voir has completely transformed the ends, and both sides, so no matter what time of day or where the sun is you should be able to get a decent photo from either direction.

You can find Graffiti Zone 17 by parking at the Gundgahlin Skate Park and walking over the bridge.
