Peter Tonkin & Marc Clark
1987
William Bligh is an interesting character. He was once betrayed by his shipmates when a mutiny occurred leaving him and a handful of loyal sailors sailing for Timor. Then 15 years later when he was appointed Governor of New South Wales in an effort to squash the rum rebellion he was deposed and arrested by immoral business owners and exiled.
You can find this wonderful monument outside the Cadmans Cottage on Circular Quay W
