I found this mural location from Instagram and rocked up to the location to find a different mural.
The IG photo was posted in 2016 and upon enquiring to the store occupants learnt the mural was done by Sydney Graffiti.
Apparently a woman approached the store with a container of spray cans and didn't take no for an answer. Those boys seemed like they could sell ice to a snowman though.
