I found this sculpture by Geoff at the Scullin Shops near the corner of Scullin Pl and Ross Smith Cres. It's titled 'Cumulus Aeronauticus'
'Cumulus' being a cloud term where big puffy clouds heap on top of each other at alow altitude and upon a flat surface and 'Aueronauticus' being the practice of building or flying an aircraft.
I gather it's representative of a vehicle flying through Columbus clouds or certainly looks it to me.
