I assume this is the work of Falko Kooper. His work is largely commissioned by VillaWood Estates and is everywhere these days.
Kooper work is typically found in the form of Corten Steel birds. As the steel weathers it gives a wonderful aged look.
If this isn't the work of Kooper atop Murray Streets Victoria Tavern which is now listed as 'Permanently Closed' (Another victim to Covid, no doubt) I'll eat my own hat.
