Titled 'Fish Out of Water' this unusual water fountain created by Mr Hall was created in 1996 and is right up my alley for quirk. It lives right next door to Thompson the Dog which makes the Elizabeth Mall Walkway a really fun place to discover new and exciting photo opportunities, if you haven't already.
