Titled 'Happy Birthday Mr President' I was unable to discern what year this was made but it is a cast and typically made to order. I'd also be inclined to believe they're quite moveable so an instillation date might not necessarily be the creation date.
Regardless they're found within Salamanca Square and bring a sense of fun and whimsy to the busy shopping district. This was possibly my first Gillie & Marc find.
