Montagu Bay gets a little handsy

Originally I had this listed as a BIG Thing but upon visiting discovered it didn't quite live up to expectation. The hand was carved by sculptor Matthew Carney in 1990. It's Titled 'The Hand of Change' and resides in Montagu Bay Park.
