Taters gonna Tate
Usually spuds come out of ya butt but in Sassafras the local potato farmers are so enthusiastic they've erected this rather unusual potato on a pole to celebrate the towns proud history. I don't mind, The sassafras Spud, along with Little Grey Fergie, are both keen reminders that the surrounding land belong to the potato and the strange locals that grow them.
