Unknown Artist
I thought for awhile this may have been the same artist who created 'The Girl With The Frangipani In Her Hair' on the Bondi Wall. The original artist was Droogie but it's likely just a commercial wall. It was pretty to walk past though and had me whipping the camera out faster than I anticipated.
