Lee Cruise
Indigenous local artist Lee Cruise was selected to have his 'Jungar Hunter' enlarged and installed on the side of the Eden water tower after the town was granted funding from Regional Arts NSW.
The mural came with a lot of controversary as the town divided itself on the morality of hiring a convicted criminal.
I didn't realise prior to my visit this mural was a series of squares that were pasted to the tank. It's different and while it became the second for the LGA I visited I'd never visited the concept before exploring the NSW coast. I'm not sure I'm I'm a fan of this kind of wor or calling it a painted silo.
