I've spent a little too long trying to find the artist to the mural under the Parkes Street bridge so I'm going to call it quits for now. I came across a similar mural by Rose Ashton and while I didn't come across this particular mural in her profiles I have an inkling it's likely her work. I could be wrong. I often am :P
Sadly, I can't find a mention of this mural anywhere. I'll try again in a few months if I haven't randomly come across it by then.
