I'm unsure who created the fish but the whale is a product of a painting day carried out by Stephanie Seargenston and Ashlee Busholtz.
Stephanie painted the whale while Ashlee painted the port hole closest to the carpark.
These murals are permanent displays and painted on the side of an art supply store in Hazelwood.
