Portland marks talented portraitist second painted Silo. The first being the Coonalpyn in 2017.
The Portland Silo is titled Yvonne Hogan and was completed in 2018.
It's easily spotted on Williwa Street at the disused silo at The Foundations along with some fenced off sculptures. I do recall taking photos through the chain link fence. Time will tell if I kept them
