These weren't there the first two times I went to Tarcutta (I think) On my third visit to the town, to photograph Sam Brooks new ANZAC Mural, I noticed these through out the main street. There were some in places there certainly weren't before and while I don't know who made them they were installed, I'm fairly certain, in 2021 to coincide with Tarcutta's ANZAC tribute.
