I've come across maybe two of these in my time travelling. The sculpture in Young is the easiest to capture. Take note of the direction one must park because the local police had words with me about my wheel to wheel next to the curb. Not sure what the appropriate way to park was. There were no signs, no lines and no other cars around to give me any indication as to how it's suppose to go. rankeW town!
