Most art enthusiasts know of the Green Cactus looking sculpture in Perth but if you don't here's a pic to refresh your memory.
James Angus won a competition that cost the city 1million dollars and they got something very similar to this. I recognized the artist instantly despite not knowing his name.
I found the artwork difficult to capture. It's situated right in front of a busy eatery and I detest ruining a good public artwork by capturing people in my photographs.
Angus titled this sculpture 'Day In, Day Out' and was it was installed in 2011. You can locate Day in Day Out on the corner of Bent & Bligh Streets
