Joe Quilter
This one of four murals outside Cathy's Hair and Nails. All four were painted by Joe Quilter. The other three are portraits of famous faces while this last mural honors the Auto Parts Store it was painted on.

Upon rechecking this pin I've noticed Cathy's Hair and Nails is no longer in operation. The store was brought out and two out of three of Joe quilters murals remain. This mural and Joe's Marilyn Monroe mural.
