There was no credit for this box that I could find. I can tell you it's called 'Albury Floral Festival' and that it was installed between 2020-2021.

The box is decorated with photographs of the annual flower festival which began in 1951

This box is one of around 50 that I've collected across Albury and is located near the corner of Dean and Wilcox Streets.
