I'd walked past this sculpture several times while living in Albury and somehow neglected to notice it. Considering how big it is I am surprised it never caught my eye until this visit. It's called 'Water and the River Landscape' and while I couldn't find any information on this installment I do note the boat in the middle of what is shaped like a wide river with a forking mouth.
There are three of these structures in Stanley Street which I also failed to take notice of. The next time I'm in town I'll make a point to photograph the other two and hunt around for more information to share.
