I cant read what the writing says nor can i tell if it was placed there by the artist or a nuisance tagger. It was a pretty wall though. It's tucked away in Howard Ln next to the playground. If you find Drapl and The Zookeepers mural here, turn around and you should be staring at it.
I couldn't find a social for this artist however I did find a website for an Australian painter who's exhibited in numerous art shows. I'm unsure if the two are related but it is an intriguing prospect.
