Now, I can't confirm, as the artist doesn't appear to have a social media platform or website but I suspect this tank is the work of Sheree Blackley The only story I found on this tank online was from the schools FB page and the above story. The tank features a rainbow serpent and was painted around May 2020.
If you like painted tanks you can find this one outside the Good Sheperd Catholic College on Simpson Street.
