It's an owl, it's Bigger than an average owl and despite having him as a BIG Thing for awhile I really thought he was going to be bigger.
So Public Art becomes Otis!
Otis is one of a few created by Dean Bowen in the Albury / Wodonga area. Wodonga have several Bowen sculptures delightfully placed through out High Street.
