I loved tracking this mural down. It's so creative and strangely places. I still have no idea who created it but the image is of Nick Cave who grew up in Wangaratta and absolutely hated it.
The mural is found on a bridge/ train pylon that spans across Ovens River.
Entry to the river can be found across the road from the Railway Hotel on Templeton Street.
