I found out a year after taking this photo who the artist was. Another artist recognized the work of MR G and was kind enough to leave me a reply. Such a well known artist and so little reference to him being in Camden. I tried every search I could think of to drum up a result and really surprised it went so under the radar. MR G is an amazing artist and really deserves to be promoted.
