I first notice this mural in Google Street View while chasing a Chisholm shopping Centre mural. I've noticed the last few years school murals becoming a rather large trend but this is one of the earliest school murals I've seen so far. You can photograph this mural anytime and there are no obstructions or permissions needed. The mural is on a wall facing an empty land lot.
