I don't have this listed as a Free Zone but that's almost what it appears to be. The large mural is by Smalls. I visited the same site a year before and have since returned for the remainer of the building that wasn't decorated during my last visit. I'm quite impressed. It's quite messy and chaotic but high in quality.
