I downloaded the ACTS public art list and as I walked across the road after snapping Peque's mural I walked straight into this beauty! Didn't check my map prior but yep, there he was! A dedication to Confucius himself. Confucius was a Chinese philosopher and politician during 551-479 BCE and is one of China's most well known figures.
