I always get excited when I recognize an artist I've seen work from before. Even more so when I know that artist has created a beloved 'BIG Thing of Australia' If you've ever visited the BIG Corkscrew in Berrima you'll have visited David Balls work before as well :)
This sculpture is titled 'Fracture' and it's one of many commissioned by the City of Goulburn in 2019 for their Wollondilly Walking Trail.

I've supplied the best place to park. There's an unused road between two houses at the T section that you can walk down to get river access. It's a 30 second walk from car to sculpture.
