Rolling out the Penguin March

I discovered a second 'BIG Penguin' in Penguin and was delighted to find him easily when we rolled through town. He's not huge and doesn't really make it to my BIG Thing tag but he was pretty cool. He lives in front of the Information Centre and gets wheeled inside during the non trade hours.
