I'm not sure who Gonzo is but I walked past 'Captain Cash Loans' and couldn't resist taking a photo.
I even googled the phone number lol but nothing popped up.
There's a yellow on yellow date of 2009 in the bottom left and if memory serves there was another picture on the other side of the building.
I just really enjoyed the pirate though.YARGHH this pawn broke has the treasures!!
