Both walls under the Oaklands Rd bridge are decorated by Michael Lynn. It's not overly to my taste but I can imagine what the walls looked like prior to painting and spaces like this really transform no matter the artistic medium.
We stopped the Art Supply store to check out their murals and walked over to photograph these while I was there. If this mural took up the entire wall it'd be quite deceptive.
