Manly - Off With it's Head!

 

I'm not sure what was going on with this. I walked past a random fence and looked up to find this cat staring at me.

It made me stop instantly and then made me laugh. I'm still not sure what it was or what it was suppose to be used for. I still have regrets. I wish I  had of picked it up and inspected it but I left it where it was, took a photo and continued on my journey.
