BIG Paint Pallet
I'm fairly certain this is just a very large 2D cut out slapped on a building. Granted it looks like a paint pallet and I guess paint pallets are rather flat and 2D but it really didn't do it for me. The beams were extra annoying. If I could pick them up and move them, that'd be handy but that wasn't going to happen and there was no decent angle to get a better shot.
