CAMO
It's always a treat finding a unique and custom made stencil by CAMO. I spotted this stencil in Street View but didn't think it was still going to be there as the google car footage was quite old. I was pleasantly surprised to find it, although slightly faded, there and in fantastic condition.
The stencil is on a yellow building on The Esplanade.
