So I just had an epiphany and I'm surprised this didn't click sooner. Most of Robin Martins murals are accompanied by a small text advertising the artists name and mobile number. He refers to his business as 'Mural Magic' and I've just clicked that I've come across that name once before in Kogarah
I won't be surprised If I find more in my archives from this artist. This locomotive is featured on a wall opposite the train station where Brown Street meets Fox''s La and The Esplanade.
