Joe Quilter
Surprisingly this was one of the first walls I came across in Liverpool and at the time I didn't know what I was looking at so I neglected to take a photo. I later learnt it was the work of Mr Quilter, the same artist who painted the tank in Wilton. (Still to be uploaded)
I've seen a bit of work from Joe now in both Newtown and in Tahmoor and was surprised to find his work here. It's a business mural called 'Skull and Backpain' on the outer exterior walls of an unnamed business across from the Westfield Plaza on Bathurst St.
