Joe Quilter
I'm going to dub Tahmoor 'Quilter town' as his murals seem to dominate the township. Three murals grace the walls of Cathy's Hair and Nails; with Johnny Cash and Elvis Presley painted on one side and I suspect Marilyn Munro on the other. There was a fourth mural but I'll post it separately as t was of a different nature
Upon rechecking this pin I've noticed Cathy's Hair and Nails is no longer in operation. The store was brought out and two out of three of Joe quilters murals remain. Joe's Marilyn Monroe and Hot Rod Mural
