From the time I saw Creons wall 'Where the Wild Things Are' and the time it took us to safely pull the car over we passed this delightfully painted caravan and I felt absolutely spoilt. I don't know if this van lives at the property permanently nor whether it would still be there if you found the correct residence but if you're driving through Katoomba perhaps Bathurst Rd might spoil you too.
