The best thing about my one month detour prior to my NSW - QLD drive was my ability to revisit places I didn't think I'd get to visit again.
I missed this pie the first time I visited Hamilton in 2016. It took me seven years to revisit the area so if there's ever a question on whether you should. The answer is YES!
The BIG Pie is clearly a store icon promoting Kings Bakery & Cafe on Brown & Lonsdale St. The Bakery wasn't open during my visit so no pie for me. Had they been open I could have told you if the stores PIE is as delicious as their BIG Pie. Now, we have to wait another seven years to find out!
