Any chance I get I like to ask the back packers if they've seen a Drop Bear or a Hoop Snake yet. I'm not the biggest fan of Kaff-eines work but I truly appreciated this one and the Aussie humor instilled in it.
The artist's message was to 'look out for animals' and added some NT common creatures as well as some extra terrestrial ones to honor nearby town, Wycliffe Wells, the UFO center of Australia
The rear of the tank was painted by Jordan Pabs Conrad who road tripped to Darwin with Kaff-eine. Neither artist left a year stamp but IG tells me all three rest stop tanks painted by Kaff-eine along the Stuart Highway, including this one, was painted in 2021.
