Another gem by Plowright! You can find this tribute of Governor Lachlan Macquarie in Hyde Park near the Northern entrance on St James Road. It's one of many sculptures found around Sydney by the artist including but not limited to 'Whales' in Darling Harbor, 'Brolgas' in the Cockle Bay, Aqua-Helix ' in Haymarket & his Vietnamese refugee sculpture in Bankstown.
